Crèadh Ceramics
A Scottish ceramicist working from a studio within the Glasgow Ceramics Studio, creating predominately wheel thrown functional stoneware vessels and objects designed to bring calm into everyday life. Work is rooted in the belief that simple, well-made objects can transform ordinary moments into ones of quiet enjoyment. Whether it’s a cup that holds your morning coffee or a vase that cradles a seasonal stem, each piece is crafted to offer a small escape from the chaos of daily life.
Richie Cameron
Richie Cameron is based in a studio in the fantastic West of Scotland on the Ayrshire coast. Working mainly in ceramics using handbuilding techniques as well as in stone, mainly limestone.
Richie’s work is strongly influenced by the Cubists and Modernists. With a longstanding interest in the study of ancient civilisations, particularly the Egyptians, he seeks ways to introduce aspects of such imagery into his work.
Lynn Muir
Lynn Muir is an established british maker whose original art training was in illustration. She works from her home in a village overlooking the North Cornish coast.
She collects her raw materials, mainly driftwood from her local beaches. After time and much preparation with the help of machinary, hand tools and paint , it is transformed into wòoden figures varying in many individual characters and situations.
They have found new homes not only in the UK, but to many locations throughout the world.
Kirsty Cassels
Kirsty Cassels is a designer, maker and builder of a number of unique items based on abstract art that she makes in her studio in Ayrshire, in the West Coast of Scotland. Most of her work is inspired by nature, proportions, texture, light and shadow. From jewellery, to woodworking, to artwork she takes a huge amount of pride and joy in her work.
